I only counted 11 people in the race, how does that work? :P

Not bad. The ending was sorta abrupt though, and why did we see the clapping spectator instead of the finish that was 20 feet away? Looking forward to the next one though! :)

I can only take credit (blame) for the post-camera work in Apple iMovie. I was in the race, and lent the camera to a fan after giving them 30 seconds of instruction. Filming movies...as with taking pictures...is a skill that takes practice and lots of feedback from seeing your work. On the upcoming cat 4 production, the camera work is me...I think I did a good job. I went right into all the corners and was inches from the action....I have overhead shots of the backstretch...and ...I think...good coverage of finish.

As for only counting 11 in the race....wait a few more seconds ...and then you will see #12. Maybe as much as 10 seconds. :)

What did you think of the soundtrack in the video? That was Kill Bill soundtrack, Battle Without Honor or Humanity. For the cat 4 video I was thinking of a) Pump it by the Black Eyed Peas, b) Ballroom Blitz by Sweet, c) ? ...any ideas?

Nice filming job BTW...I wasn't able to make it to the crit because of a family get together. Edited: Was the Cat 5 a separate race, not normally on the schedule? They don't list the results on the Longsjo home page.

You know ...I do have some cat 3 footage. It is not enough to make into a 3 minute video....but I do have the 3s ripping around around a corner or two. I will post what I have.

Suzie, thanks for the pics and words of encouragement/praise. I think johnsons motor car was not as fast as the races over the weekend- I do like Finnegans wake, and take her up to Monto.
