My 21" is right around 27-28 with pedals and cages. Aside from that it's stock.

New crankset, cassette, CF seatpost, CF bars, CF stem, new seat, new tires, went tubeless, as far as I know.

well i have an 08 tassajara and i have different stem, bars(took a 1/4 lbs off) cut the seat post and a couple of minor things and its still 32 lbs
