When you and your stoker sign up for an organized ride and you each get different bib numbers, do you each wear a different number or just share one?

I realize that this is an old post but I'll bump it. The bib number is for your safety more than anything. If you have allergies to medicines or if you have other special care needs, the ride leaders may need to have that information if you are in an accident. Assuming that two individuals may have different needs, each should wear a number. Its like any other form of insurance, we all hope that we never need it.

Yup, each wears his/her own bib number.
However, have attended a few events whereby tandems get one number.
