Here's my very good experience with Sigma Sports:
-they replaced my HRM in less than a week when it stopped working even though I had lost the purchase invoice
-they answered all of my emails in less than 15 minutes...quite a performance when you know that I often sent those emails between 7:30 and 7:45 am, always answering my questions in an helpful and very kind manner
They are a bit different in the way they work compared to most companies since they deal directly with the customers without the retailer acting as the middle man.
Kudos to this German Company!!!
