I'm looking to buy 30mm of spacer for a 1" threadless set up and would like unpainted aluminum. I know a few companies that make them, but haven't found a place actually stocking them. The closest that I have found is the Cane Creek web store that sells kits that include a bunch of sizes that I wouldn't use. So does anyone know where I could buy just three 10mm pieces or something equivelant?

try your lbs and have them order from J&B imports orQBP . they should have them.
