So...i wonder how much the FCC is going to fine Versus for that little slip up. What producer was asleep at the wheel? I know they have at least a 5 second delay with a dump button for stuff like that.

Yeah, and the word had to travel six thousand miles before it got to your tv set...:twitchy:

BTW...if they are going to fine cable channels for using the "f" word every time, then Comedy Central would be paying the GNP of a small nation. Also HBO.

You might want to reconsider the wisdom of your comment.

I love the smell of ignorance in the morning. Smells like the Tour de France Forum on BF.

Sébastien Hinault (Credit Agricole) (http://www.cyclingnews.com/results/2001/tour01/news/jul12news.shtml)

"Voigt, Vaughters and Hushovd were the best. We hoped to finish in the top three first and, finally, we marched formidably. We had ridden the course on Wednesday of the French championship, so that we knew it well. At the beginning, we were stressed but relaxed during the race. Our performance was inestimable.".

OMG. Been found out again.

I'm going to PM Vaughters tonite and apologize for my ignorance. His career will somehow recover from my horrible gaff.

be careful guys, y'know how boffo gets a boner every time she can fact-check you!

Yeah those pesky facts. I just hate it when people throw them in and crash the ignorance party - how rude!

Vaughters won a mountian TT stage in the Dauphine, and set a time record in the process that stood for several years until Epo Mayo broke it. Can't remember the name of that climb for the life of me, even though it shows up most every year in some form or another.

um.... Mont Ventoux.. the year Mayo broke his record.. the runner up was Tyler Hamilton.
