I just sent out my check to pay for my participation in the The Great Big FANY Ride. FANY is an acronym for Five hundred miles Across NY. It's a Niagara Falls to Sarasota Springs traveling party, lasts 6 days (July 20 -26).
I'm not riding my ebike (I think I'm not the only one here who swings both ways) for this, for now, it's my Raleigh Carlton.
What if, next year, we had a contingent of ebikers? There are about 200 pedal pushers who do it each year. That would let some people see what ebikes are made of.
