While I'm waiting around for Bob Jackson to start taking custom orders again (end of the year bah) anybody know about what a vigorelli with 853 oversize would cost? Top tube would be 57cm and seat tube c-t 55cm.

Yep, I contacted them and all I got was "we're not taking orders right now".
