Concept or product?
My concept would be something wacky made of monocoque carbon fibre. An ultra-light folding bike, a racing trike.
How about a totally integrated bike. Frame/seatpost/saddle all in one moulding and just my size.

I second the drop bars on the mtb bike... if for absolutely nothing else - it looks cool. But no no no dual suspension... that totally removes any coolness factor.
But in terms of "concept" bike - don't need one... all the parts and bits I could ever want are out there - except a lower cost/lighter Rohloff or similar internal gear.

Id like to see hub shifting making a come back.
Or even better,....how about a small gearbox (about the size of my fist) mounted above the crank, with a singal sproket at the rear wheel. I know we have the technology for that. :D
