I purchased one of the javelin bikes on closeout and it showed up today. Since I do most of the maintenance on my Road bike I figured I'd give the assembly of the new Tri bike a shot.
I'm having some problems with the cable routing, the cables for the bar ends are outside the bars and under the bar tape although there appears to be holes for internal routing at the bottom of the bars back by the stem? The cables for the shifters also cross in front of the head tube which seems to make them a pretty tight fit.
Would someone be willing to take a few pictures of their cable set up and post them so I have something to compare to?
The bike is very lite and was packed pretty well. No shipping damage that I could find (knock on wood).
