I have some '06 Time Atac XS Carbon pedals, and the left pedal has more play on the spindle than the the right one. It moves 1/8 of an inch or more. It doesn't seem to affect how it works, but I would like it to be as tight as the right one. Is there any way to get inside to inspect? TIA

I figured it out. the screw cap on the end with the holes in it is what holds the pedal on the spindle. Tighten it down with needlenoses and yer good to go.

Just for reference, this happened to me too. Sadly, I left it a bit long and ended up losing the dust cap, which meant I had to return the pedal to Time for repair. However, they fixed it fairly quickly and I am still using the pedals now.

Yep, one of those quirks of French design. But screwing it back in fixes the problem.
