Hello,
My name is Paul and I have been reading this forum for about a month now.
After my annual physical in January (my first in four years), my doctor wants me to exercise more. I gave up running a couple of years ago, and hadn't been able to get back into it. I had done lots of mountain bike riding here on Vancouver Island, Canada, but now have gotten into road riding.
I am having lots of fun and it is great to read your forum.
I am turning 49 at the end of this month and am 207.5 pounds in weight.
My bike is a Giant TCR-1.
I am about to buy my third seat, this time a Brooks B17 after trying two gel seats. I won't worry about the extra weight of the leather seat as I could stand to lose 40 Ibs. (that was my "climbing" weight 5years ago before I blew out my shoulder).
