So, I'm creating a page (shootout.ariessun.com) and want to get a registration page where people can enter their information in, hit enter, and have it sent to my inbox.

I'm fairly certain the program I'm using (Freeway Express) is capable of this, however I don't know what this action is called, therefore I can't look up how to do it within the program...

Anyone have any help?

Thanks!

Form

That's how I remember it from FP Express & the early Netscape authoring programs.

If it doesn't have a formal registration system that allows authorized users it may have a "Guestbook" function to allow visitors to send you a note. If it does, see if you can customize the greetings message.

try googling FormMail Script- you can find it in a number of languages. The bigger question is, will your web host let you run any of them?

You could also give jotform.com (http://JotForm.com) a try- I've heard of it, but never used it. if it works its probably the simplest solution-

I do it all in flash, which handles form mail very easily, but doesn't help you at all.:p SS, doesn't your host give you a control panel full of ready-to-install scripts? If you contact them, they can probably tell you what's working well for their clients.

hushmail forms? Have what you need, and decent security to boot?

Wanna see what I did? http://shootout.ariessun.com

Check out the registration page.

Thanks again, everyone!

EDIT: Yeah, it needs some minor tweaking and beautification, but it's almost there! Now if only I could figure out how to get paypal to make some coupons for some group members...
