Seems like a lot of mixed opinions on this guy, but he is trending downward. At least with me. Thought there should be a consolidation of the opining.

A doofus? Anyone who can put together the team and sponsors in the short time he has is ok by me. Everyone bltches about the state of cycling but he had the balls to actually get off his butt and do something about it.

Not disagreeing with you, but it seems he's quickly approaching "Jonathon Vaughters is a genius... just ask him" territory. I think he's eating the attention up, and maybe we're losing the plot a bit about the positive changes he's trying to make in cycling.

I think he is a goof.. but he does strike me as very intelligent.. much more so than the goofs on VS that he is hanging out with.

The longer he gets himself and the team in front of the camera the happier his sponsors are and the looser there wallets can be.

Excellent just fix the sideburns and get him some nice glasses. I did find yesterday's ride with him in the team car quite entertaining, he seems better live than in prepared interviews. Robbie Ventura's face was priceless when he dropped the f-bomb
