Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - paul hubs chainline

i have a formula to deep v rear right now but i just got my paul high flange hubs in and when my new rims and spokes and truing stand come in im going to make me a high quality wheelset and pray everyday that they dont get stolen. but paul says the chailine is 44mm and the formulas are 42, what would be the best way to compensate for this. i have truvativ touro cranks so its not like a square taper where you can just more the crank arms on the spindle. im a mechanic at a bike shop so i have access to all tools, but im just new to singlespeeeds and fixies as i mostly work on and build road bikes and mountain bikes but i rarely encounter dilemmas like this one. thanks.

Use a BB spacer on the drive side. 2mm. Or use a road double crank in the outer position (46mm chainline). Even though the Paul's is a "nominal" 44cm chainline, it really turns out to be like 46mm or so due to the offset of the cog.

That's not how you adjust the chainline on square taper cranks...

Are you sure you're a mechanic? At a bike shop?

Shorter/longer spindles (for cup and cone bbs) or shorter/longer bb (replace the whole thing, for cartridge Shimano UN- type bbs) for square taper bbs/cranks.

Is the Touro ISIS splined or similar? You may be able to find a wider bb of the type you need.

its isis, and i feel like i have a larger bb in there already. i think ill just throw in my 07 105 crankset and its a tripple so ill try and make the chainring issue work with chainring bolt spacers from harris cyclery (sheldon brown's site). and yeah, im a mechanic at a very good shop, but im really new school and havent been working on bikes other than my own (and a few friends and family- but nothing for $$$) until about a 8 months ago. im rather good at external bb's and deraulliers and stuff that i used to build my own bike. but im new to older style parts (im only 19) and though i had a purple track bike when i was about 8 ive never really worked on em until about 9 months ago when i got mine.
