Anyone make this? I have some Diadora MTB shoes with holes up front for toe spikes. Those holes are occupied by screws, and every time my foot is coming off a step on the screws my foot slips. I don't want to wear the toe spikes either (that's worse). Taking the screws out leaves bare plastic with large holes that water and road crud gets into.

I want basically a rubber screw in stud or tread point to put where the toe spikes go. I've done Google searches to no avail.

Anyone know of anything?

I'm thinking that these are the same size as the rubber football shoe spikes? Try a sporting goods store - my kids used to have that problem & I ended up buying a bottle of those things.
