Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Need a Few advises to look out for on a used fixie

Is this a good deal for a first fixie? Im new to this, are there any specifics issues I need to look for?

depends on the fit and that "list" price he is quoting is for the complete which this isnt, it is a complete bike but its far different as far as components that is listed as the complete from IRO which is where he's getting the price, I'd say hes probably a bit north of the price its worth but if it fits you i'd throw a 350 offer at him and see if he bites, that would be fair.

yeah thats what im trying to get it for.... he seems firm on the $400 though. Should I just save up and order directly from IRO? damn thats an extra $300 =(

well 50 cm is reaaaaaaaaally small.

I bet if you don't buy it . . the price will go down simply because there aren't any people that can ride a bike that small. The same goes for bikes over 60cm.
