Fifty Plus (50+) - Some road video

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My son and I took in a lap of our 9 mile neighborhood loop today before supper. I mounted the camera on my bike and shot some video. It comes out a lot smoother on the road than the offroad video I shot last week.
Here is one clip:

When the rest are uploaded, they will be here:

Enjoy! :D
Cool! I enjoyed the ride. I wish I had that type of "neighborhood loop" to ride around here..... no cars!!
How did you mount the camera to the bike?

Thanks BD.
What a great place to ride. Very light traffic, those GA pines, red clay and I only saw one dog:thumb:

It's all in the editing. ;)
With this damn dial-up I'm stuck with...videos are off limits. Of course I could start loading before bedtime, then check how it's going after breakfast.:(:twitchy:

By the way, how are you feeling? How is treatment going?

I'm tired just looking at this, maybe if I watch your videos I'll just stay home and skip the next ride.
Good job - on the Tour de GA.

I'm on a waiting list for high speed internet from AT&T. As a retiree, I get a nice discount.
We have a cable company which offers broadband at outrageous prices. Their service is terrible, we can barely watch TV sometimes, so I'm not going to throw any more money at a competitor who cannot even deliver a reliable TV signal .

Thanks, I'm feeling great. I'm enjoying following the doctor's orders to gain weight.:)
The real battle begins Monday. More to come in a different thread.

I added some more clips from our ride Saturday morning. We had a nice, casual 24 mile ride. Much of the asphalt was new. A very smooth ride on flat to gently rolling roads.
