Heard a guy on a ride say that B.G. has a sale in early August every year. 5% off on all bikes. Is this true and when does it happen?

Im not sure, but i just bought my daughters new bmx mirraco , from my local bike shop, it was about £50 cheaper than normal , he told me the new models come out in july and would cost more, some of the prices did seem lower to me, and its still july ? so im not sure, i got my light tourer for £100 cheaper last year, because it was the year before's model, infact it was the better one,

Sounds about right. I picked up my bike on closeout last year around that time. :)
