Is it possible to use the back caliper brake from a langster on the front of another bike?

Yes, with a longer nut.

Yes to what roadfix said but it depends on the reach requirement. Some forks need short, and others long reach calipers.

Thanks. It would be going on to a track frame with tight clearances, but on a non track fork.
