In case you have never heard about this specific MS fundraising bike tour, it has been voted one of the most scenic bike rides in the entire country and 'Best Bike Tour' by the readers of Competitor Magazine for the previous two years (2006 and 2007).
The 2008 tour has two distinct starting points on Saturday, October 11. The first is in Irvine, California where the majority of the riders will participate in either a 60 mile or 100 mile ride to complete the first day in Carlsbad, California. The second is new for 2008 and starts in Carlsbad, California for a 30 mile family friendly ride. All participants finish the day at the Westfield Shopping Center for the overnight celebration featuring catered food, live entertaininment, and a merchant and sponsor bazaar. Day two of the event starts in Carlsbad and continues south for 40 miles to reach Mission Bay in San Diego.
Registration, fundraising and route information can be found by using the link at the top of this post and I look forward to seeing everyone Start to End MS!
