My commute home yesterday was 110 friggin degrees and as is always the case in the AV the wind was whippin. :twitchy:
I have never been more wiped after a mere 12 miles.

I'm doing just fine. Thanks for asking. Yes, it's been hot. But that's SoCal in the summer.
I put lots of ice in my polar bottles, and hydrate before, after, and during my rides.

humid! luckily today was just an easy spin for me...i don't think i could handle much more.
It's the humidity that's bothers me. Hard to decide whether to drink water or use it to cool off...lol.
