Anybody know where to get co2 carts cheap in the city? I'm used to using the kind made for BB guns (much cheaper than the bike-specific ones), but since BB guns are regulated in the City, haven't found a place to get cartridges for less than a couple bucks each...

I didn't know you could used those cartridges?
so you could also use those cartridges used for soda/seltzer bottles, too?

Paragon (Manhattan) and R & A (Brooklyn) have the 16 oz threaded for 2.99 (often). That's where I usually go.

I buy mine online in bulk from Performance. The tax and price savings usually make up for the shipping charges.

Are there any paintball places in the city? I got a dozen 12g non-threaded cartridges for about $8 from the paintball dept. of a sporting goods store.
