Often times, I'll be driving along a road I've driven many times and wonder what it would be like to ride it.
Often times, I then go out and do just that.
Just ~25 miles today but I tried to make it worth it.

In the end, not as bad as I had thought though, after a busy week of riding, it was a little harder and maybe more "painful" than it might have been.
Yes, I opened up a suitcase of pain and found myself in a spot of bother ;)
But that drop at 22 miles sure makes it all worthwhile. Wheeeeeee :D
A couple of observations:
I'm climbing the 1st miles of Sharp Park Road now (3.5 miles in) in about 9 minutes. A year ago it took 20.
And, I'm spending a lot more time riding in the big ring and enjoying it more.
Just do it.
