Long story short, I'm from out of state but will be living in Flagstaff for 3 months. I'm flying into PHX and plan on just buying a bike there (I have 9 hours to kill after I fly in, so why not?).

I noticed there are 2 Performance stores in the area, one in Scottsdale and one in Chandler. How do they compare? Does one have a better selection than the other?

I'll probably just go for a Scattante CFR Comp
(http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=5818&subcategory_ID=3040), which I would assume they'd have in stock. I'd be a size 53 on that frame, which shouldn't be a terribly uncommon size.

I noticed that both shops list Fuji under their bike brands list. Do they sell Fujis, too?

I have to be honest and say that I am not a fan of Performance, at least the one in Chandler. I bought a Fuji Roubaix there and am constantly having problems with it and finally got to the point where I don't go there anymore and have started taking the bike to a local bike shop near me. The customer service sucks as they always seems to be way too busy to help, maybe that’s under staffing I am not sure but I can never seems to find someone to help out. And when they do finally "help out" it seems like I am causing them to be inconvenienced being there.

Local bike shop that looked at my bike said that everything was loose on the bike and needed to be tightened and the cables all did not seem to be stretched. But I guess to each his own, I am sure there are people out there that love the place. This is just my opinion...and you know what they say about opinions.
