Hi,

I've decided on buying a trek xo 1 bike with the intent of using primarily as a road bike but am having trouble choosing a frame size. I'm approx 174cm tall (68.5inches) with an inside leg measurement of 31.5inches (80cm). I'm in the unfortunate situation on not being able to try out the specific bike i want to buy so was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to the best method of estimating what size frame to get. Luckily though i can return the bike within a week if i feel i've selected the wrong size, i just kinda needed some input becuase i'd rather select the correct size to begin with.

Thanks alot

My inseam is 32" and I ride a 54 and a 56 road bike. The 56 is just about right while the 54 is just a tad small but works for some things well, especially drills like hill repeats.
