The seat looks older, but I don't know what year the frame is because of the picture resolution. A larger/ more detailed pic would help.
Decal set looks like mid to late seventies.

If I click on the thumbnail to expand it, I can see the block font Schwinn decal on the downtube and I know that Schwinn used that style from about 1975 or '76 up through about 1982.

It looks a bit blurry even with the thumbnail expanded. But I can see where you'd be coming from with that, and I'd be inclinded to agree.

How about going to the Vintage Trek (http://www.vintage-trek.com/) website and checking out the Component Dates page. Assuming they are original, you should be able to figure the date of the bike by dating the components.
