Hide your women folk, and cover the kids eyes cause I'm coming back!! My wife got a HUGE promotion which will require her to be back Austin, so we are movin' back. I'll be doing some cross and maybe a couple road/crit races but mostly cross till the end of the year. Rockets and Raven we gotta start training together. I'll be back by Sept.

WR, any guys race for a team up there(Austin) but live in San Antonio? I am looking for a new team for next season and I am sick of all the sucky teams around town.

BTW, welcome back to Tejas EDR, I am sure that you have missed the heat!!!

I don't know anyone up in San Antonio, but I do know that TxTough has racers in Dallas. Solar Eclipse was looking at starting up an Austin squad too.

I'll probably ride for AB for the rest of the season. Unfortunately there isn't a team like the one I'm on here in Austin. We'll see for next season but I'm sure I'll land somewhere fun.

Cool, I'm in give-back mode, if I can get to the Driveway. I want to get one of our other guys across the line first... I heard they're counting for 4->3 upgrade points.

Ex races for an SA based team which does not suck at all. EDR, we are happy.

My cycling geography totally sucks. I had no idea JPB was in SA.

WR you and me can join joes and become domestiques for Ex. Not that he needs the help but we could at least tell people we ride on his team!

Ex I am happy too....however it's 65 degrees right now and I will miss that.

Interesting thought... I really want to do better in the big late-winter road races next year. That team rides really well together. Cracked me up in the last lap at ATT, I had my move all planned. I make my move at the bell, all-out, and there's an orange and blue in front of me, making the same move

My favorite time of year there is Jan-April. I love the races in the cold Texas weather, then off to Ft Davis....whoooooot!!!!

Hey EDR,

You doing any more SoCal races before you head back to Texas?

Hey EDR,

You doing any more SoCal races before you head back to Texas?

Nope, I have basically been off the bike since the Glendale GP. I'm starting to get back into it getting ready for cross season. I'm 5 pounds heavier than I was in June and after yesterdays slog through the Santa Monica's I really need to drop some weight! We did Fernwood/Stunt/Piuma yesterday and I was suffering like a dog!
