Thanks for asking...I was wondering the same thing, but since I've been dealing with water leaks in the house I haven't been watching every single second :( . So, I didn't want to ask in case he'd been obvious and I'd been oblivious.

Can't believe I've missed him! El Diablo is one of my highlights of the tour.

I went to see the Tour in 2004. After a stage, I was driving down the road when I saw the top of the Devil's big bike up above the hedges alongside the road. I slammed on the brakes, and drove in the exit of the rest stop. DOH! At least I didn't cause any accidents with either maneuver. My rental car had a German license plate, so at least I didn't look like a crazy American. ;) I managed to have my picture taken with him, which was pretty cool.

Those photos of Antler man running uphill in MTB shoes with the antler-helmet on was one of the more impressive athletic feats I've seen this year.

It looks like the devil is not on the Tour this year. I heard he got injuried on the Giro d'Italia. His tail was infortunately broken by an attack of Ricco. Because he needs 6 months to fully recover, the devil might miss the olympics.
