Hello all. When the twinhead on my Joe Blow floor pump died, I called Topeak (todson) and explained the problem. They asked for my address and a few days later I recieved a new twinhead in the mail. You can't beat that.

That's awesome!

I've often heard from others about Topeak, and it usually involves their JoeBlow pumps.

I wish I had bought my expensive repair stand from them (no LBS in my area carried them), knowing that I would receive support for parts in the future.
