Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

"YOU ARE PURCHASING A BRAND NEW IN THE BOX SWINGBIKE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN TAKEN OUT!"
And then they show it OUT of the box...
Actually, what I've read about these is they made some back in the 70's, then made a batch a few years ago (a couple of hundred or so)- but limited numbers both times.
One of the kids on my block had one in the 70's. It sure was odd to ride and easy to crash.

I don't get it, does the rear end turn too? Odd looking bike.
Actually the rear end does not turn but the whole front from seat forward turns as well as the front wheel. there is probably a better way of explaining.

That makes sense, I can see what you mean by looking at the picture. I might have to build one of these someday
