What is the best way to go about stripping a frame? What sorts of paint should I use to repaint and how should I deal with chrome lugs when repainting?

I used a spray on paint stripper I got from Home Depot. It took a couple applications. Then I cleaned it up with mineral spirits, a light sanding, and another application of mineral spirits.
I have no comments on painting as my attempt was a disaster so I stripped it and took it to the paint booth.

any paint stripper will do, then just get best spray paint you can find and clear coat.:thumb:
