Track Cycling - Need Frame Help please

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. hello, im currently looking for a new frame. Steel or aluminum with pure track geometry is ideal however i need something under 500$ that comes in a 46ctc 48.5 ctt and runs 700cs. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or ideas.
Thanks in advance.

The Felt TK2 is probably out of your range new (not sure what the frame goes for). The cockpit on the 52 measures out like a 46 cm Bianchi, and it's design as a real track bike.
Just checked and the whole bike retails $1399, frame only $899. You might be able to get one used, or a last years model that's still in the warehouse or on a shop floor.
thanks for the suggestion however the tk2 has a 52 st ctt (dont really know if i should be going by this measurment or the ctc) and its just a bit too expensive. Anything else folks?
