who knows how to disaster? im gonna try and learn em. its pretty much just a 180 onto the coping of a qp right?

Ride up quarterpipe. Pull up on handlebars. Rotate 180 degrees. Land with your back tire on the deck and your front wheel in the tranny. Push down on your front wheel while pulling up your back. Ride out.

I disagree with the second last step, it looks way better if you do a full hop back into the tranny.

True, but if you're just learning how to do it, it's a hell of a lot less likely to end in disaster (oh lol how clever!) if you do that.

youre an idiot haha. but i tried it on a bank a few times, got the hang of it, and then put it to work on the qp, several nasty bails and a little bit of blood later, i think i got it.

I was trying those todays in a bowl. I think i have it too, i just fell a couple times.

That's totally arguable. I like to chink the coping as I bounce, but actually resting it on the coping is completely disgusting.

well i think im just gonna stick to it normally for now. no fancy pedal ****. just learn it and get it rock solid.

Yeah true most of the time, though pedal disasters on rails look good in my opinion.

Doing it on a rail is an entirely different thing than doing it on the deck of a quartpipe.
