Gave up on this and got the better part of a build kit from GVH for a great price. They've switched all their Rival stuff except the crankset to 09, so that's your best bet.

That's pretty great. If you're looking for a carbon frame and want to go the pedal force route, you can get a frame+groupset for 1045, which is a little absurd. The little bits like handlebars, etc... are very cheap too. I see GVH comes out to 659 for the Rival groupset, so for another 500 bucks you're getting a very nice carbon frame. But 659 is a good deal for 2009 Rival.
