i have my first crit coming up in mid august......what suggestions do you guys have for me? what should i bring with me ( i hear a spare wheel set with everything ready to switch is suggested)? any pointers you guys have for me??? thanks!

Get to the race extremely early and warm up for a good long while.......Nothing is more debilitating (physically and mentally) than feeling like your heart is going to jump out of your chest when you are only on lap 4.
