Looking for recommendations for a ride, somewhere in the neighborhood of 60-80 miles. Preferably near the twin cities (an hour or maybe 2 drive is ok).
Its a somewhat mixed group, so I'm not quite looking for a horribly hilly hundred. :)
Any suggestions?

Thanks CastIron, I've actually ridden with TCBC a few times- I should have been more specific: I'm looking to take another club I'm involved in-- and not that we're elitist (ok, maybe a little :) ), so I'm really just looking for a good route.

Then check their atlas (http://biketcbc.org/atlas/index.html). The 'Sconni rides are pretty good even if they are behind the cheese curtain.
