I spotted this Jake the Snake on ebay and was wondering if anyone had any opinions if it looked like a decent bargain or not. The asking price is less than half of the full retail price over here. I'd love to own a Jake and would love to own one even more if i had some spare cash afterward!

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on the frame size of the bike above. The seller quotes:
54cm Centre of Bottom Bracket to Center of Top Tube
56cm Top Tube Length,
which doesn't make much sense to me.
It's just the top tube seems to be very long. Does anyone know what frame size this is?
I e-mailed the seller and he has yet to get back to me (probably not a good sign i know)
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks alot

Sounds about right to me. The frame is probably a 56cm in Kona terminology, as most manufacturers size their bikes from C-T (center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube).

Am i correct in assuming that a 56cm frame would be too big for someone 5ft 9 and 31.5in inside leg?

It would be on the large size, especially for a cyclocross bike.
