Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - 47cm mercier kil tt. sloping toptube?

does anyone know whether or not the 47 cm kilo tt has a sloping top tube?
not sure, but i do want to see if this is small enough for my gf

Oh. Well the toptube and downtube are already touching at the headtube on the 50cm, so chances are it'll be slanted to allow the smaller seat tube length.

i was thinking of getting the 47 for myself also. I assumed it was a normal straight top tube since no mention of it being slanted is on the site. Hopefully it's not slanted.

most smaller bikes have sloping top tubes.

dumb question: this mean the top tube slopes upwards toward the front, right? i suppose this is why some framemakers plan on 650c wheels for frames that small?
That, and 650c wheels allow the wheelbase to be shorter as well.
