Mountain Biking - FYI Finish Line Chain Machine warranty

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I just thought I'd throw this out there. Remember that if you own a Finish Line Chain Cleaner they have a lifetime warranty. I bought one 3 years ago (blue one) and it broke after a year or two. I bought another one immediately thereafter. I read the warranty info on the new one.
I called Finishline and they sent me a new chain cleaner (shop grade...green one) for free. No S&H or anything.
A week ago, I broke the second blue one that I bought. I called Finishline and again they sent me a brand new shop quality green one at no charge. Now I have two very nice ones.
Excellent CS and great warranty.:thumb:

i have a finish line green chain cleaner and the brushes have all fallen apart. I blame the simple green... maybe I'll call them and see what they say. don't think I have a receipt though.
I clean my chain after every 3 or 4 rides or if I hear grinding or squeaking.

Why would you want a pic' of a chain cleaner? I mean...I can do it, but I think it's a little goofy.:)

No receipt needed. Just call them and tell them that your brushes are toast and they'll send you new ones.
