Road Cycling - any shop owners/emps. have '03 Sirrus in stock?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I'm looking for a Specialized Sirrus (base model) for my wife, she tested an '04 and loved it. This will be an upgrade from her 75 pound Sears mountain bike.
A shop locally has a 2004 Sirrus for $475, but the '03 is spec'd out the same as the '04 and I figured I could save some money by going w/the '03.
So, does anyone have a leftover '03?

which model...
giving you a heads up, it goes against dealer contracts for trek, specialized etc etc to post/sell new bikes online, anywhere.

I'm looking for the base model white Sirrus
That's what I've heard, I didn't know if it applied to previous years unsold models. I've come accross several websites that have pics, sizes, and prices online with a caption that states they can only be sold in their brick and mortar store. I don't have a problem driving a reasonable distance, my car gets 50mpg.
anyone can email me in private if they have one.

Yeh, anything that isn't used can not be sold online.

I see last years models (new) online often. And just picked up a new in box 03' Allez over the web. When I talked to the owner, he said it was fine with the Company to sell over-stocked items from last year's line. I guess it depends on who you talk to, and who has the ability to use the web. My LBS said "no-way, can't happen" but I'm sure he would have liked to sell me one of his in-store bikes.

Depends how much they work with the company. We constantly get the award for most bikes from Specialized in our area... Our rep knows all of us by name, and see's us atleast twice a month.
We don't want to screw that up.
