Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm thinking about getting this, but I'm wondering if it's any good. Also, what price should I ask for it? I googled around and couldn't find how much it's worth.
Thanks!
$450. It's old, you don't know what it's been through or how fatigued it is. Much more than that and you can get something new.

Nice, but has there been a repair to the BB area? I know framebuilders who can do elaborate repairs that would be covered by that slightly darker blue. Probably just fine, but a potential negotiating chip.
Not to throw down here, but you are unlikely to have any problem with fatigue in a steel track frame, particularly one that size. Provided stresses are kept below the 'fatigue limit', steel does not accumulate fatigue. Really crazy light frames might bump into that (fatigue limit). An NJS keirin frame will not.

Yeah I agree with Dutret. Older frames in that condition should not fetch as much $$$. $450 with BB and HS is pretty reasonable.

Why not? Even if you only weigh 150 if you're doing standing starts in a high gear I think you'll be above the fatigue limit. How far do you really think those tubes bend without fatiguing? Given all the crazy **** keirin racers are forced to do in the name of strength training I would be highly suspect of a 20+ yo one even with the njs stamp.
