What happened? Why was Casagrande issued the Green Climbers Jersey? Was this a political move to award everything to an Italian? How did the race orginizers come to the conclusion that Casagrande should be awarded the jersey? I heard some rumblings during the broadcast, but I'm interested in the facts.
