my friend has the frame from a 3 speed manufactured by manchester bicycles. it has this really stylish curvy fork, and i was wondering if anyone knows if manchester is a good bike? it is a very light frame also, which surprised me, considering its age. i searched the web for manchester bicycles, but didnt find anything. is this frame worth getting?
