Downloading my stats for my earlier ride. Started out hoping to do 30 but ended around 38 or so. Got lost in Del Webb and spent a lot of time trying to find my way out. Plus I had turned off the timer on the Edge for a few minutes while I tried to find a map. Felt good to get out ..

Hot and humid Sunday afternoon ride after watching le Tour.

A PR 21 laps on the Whitnall Park crit course, for a total of 49 miles at 16.5 ave. today.
Hard work....the 'good' kind of pain though today.

... looking forward to riding in The Melon.

I will be there from Michigan, I will be the fat guy on the hybrid. Sounds like a fun ride.

damn it jim. you really are racking up some mileage. after running my mouth about 700 i think i hit a bit of a wall. not a real wall, but figuratively typing. the cycling gods always know when to lay the smack down. i must learn this. later.

Nah...hit the wall Wednesday night...legs were full of lead yeasterday so I skipped the commute. This morning was my planned last ditch ride before a weekend at a family wedding (read: she won't let me bring a bike and it will take all weekend).

Oh...I mean I am tapering for Elgin...:rolleyes:

ah memories. last year on this weekend i ran 13 miles on the saturday and rode 62 miles on sunday. put in months and months or training for chicago only to have some freak weather conditions ruin the day. yeah, im bitter. good luck man. :twitchy::D:twitchy:
