Sidi Zeta Carbon shoes, size 43.5, white. I put about 3000 miles on them before my feet grew out of them. No tears and they still look and work great, but they are white so there are some rub marks that are there for good. Comes with original box, instructions, and unopened cleat screws/allen wrench. $80

Ritchey WCS alloy stem, 120mm, +/- 6*, 31.8 clamp. Came on the frame I bought, but I use a standard diameter bar. $30 SOLD
If you need it shipped, it will probably be $8 for the shoes, $5 for the stem.
