Wal-Mart doesn't have them. ColumbiaHouse DVD club doesn't have them. Where can I get foriegn films on DVD?

Have you tried DVDplanet? They have one of the best selections of DVD's I have seen. There is a store near me so I am a bit partial to them I admit.

They have lists of good and bad foreign films, reviews, and a moderated message board.
