I was on the phone with Bike Friday service and they told me that they were considering developing an aftermarket stem that folds like the one on the Tikit. I think it would be great to use the new folding stem for commuting, but still use the standard rigid stem for touring. If you agree please call or email them and say you'd want one too, and hopefully that will improve the odds that they make one.
I tour on a NWT and commute on a Dahon Speed, but I'd prefer to sell the Dahon and use the BF for both.
