my own creation:
salad topped with sliced red peppers, snow peas, mandarian oranges, my own mix of albacore tuna + asian spices, topped with lightly roasted peanuts and ginger sesame dressing.

Make a chicken pasta sort of stir fry w/ brocoli, corn, carrots, and cheese, and I had a peach.

I wish I could make good things for work lunch. I can't seem to make anything I want to eat... at least something that will beat the temptation to go out to lunch with coworkers. Damn that's a lot of money!

I felt gross after eating a ton of macaroni alfredo with bacon last night.

Now all I can think of with food selection is that I must choose between food
that will either kill me or heal me.

PB&J San, then kashi sweet and sour chicken, now a cliff bar. I eat all the time, just not big meals.

:DI don't know about lunch but I just started supper:D fresh green beans picked with in the hour:) red potatoes dug 45 minutes ago and I pulled a couple onions while I was in the small garden:thumb: once that cooks up I slice some turkey smoked sausage and add to it

mpf... forgot my yogurt today :(
But I had a yummy sammich with whole grain bread, slices of turkey, onions, green leaf salad, avocado, tomatoes, pickles and some mustard.
On the side was a few slices of cheese together with green grapes.
A banana for dessert and a piece of dark chocolate for the sweet tooth.

Left is a oats 'n honey granola bar for the commute home.

Actually eating it now.

Skipped breakfast and held out till 11am for brunch- a delicious spinach chef salad.
