I was at my grandmother's house, this weekend, (she lives in Wichita Falls) and noticed the pictured cyclists on an overpass. Is there a story behind this? When did they put these up? I take it they were put there to commemorate the HHH.

I usually roll into town at night, so I've never noticed them before.

--edit: My wife pointed out that she usually drives, so I would actually be asleep when we went by it, (but she doesn't remember it either).
Also, I realize it's not really a "mural." I think it would be called a relief of some sort.

They are relatively new. They just built a flyover/interchange connecting 82 and I-44 and incorporated these into it.
